Dynamical Construction was commissioned to construction manage and perform trade execution tasks associated with the IN602 Festoon Replacement. The company conducted all electrical aspects of this project while effectively coordinating and managing ancillary services including mechanical trades, crane operations, surveying, lubrication, and NDT.

Project Scope
Installation of New Festoon Assembly
This undertaking entailed the dismantling of the existing setup and the installation of a new festoon, alongside the replacement of runway beams and toe arm. The newly installed festoon cabling was integrated into the existing cable ladder system, extending to both land-based and onboard enclosures and equipment. Comprehensive termination and testing of all cabling were carried out, supporting the efficient re-commissioning of the machine, which was subsequently returned to operation according to the planned schedule.
The project was marked by a significant commitment of over 4,000 manhours across a span of 13 days, and it is noteworthy that this extensive work was accomplished without any reportable safety incidents.
