Dynamical Construction was commissioned to construction manage and perform trade execution tasks associated with the TUL2 & TUL3 VVVF Upgrades. The company conducted all electrical aspects of this project while effectively coordinating and managing ancillary services including mechanical trades and crane operations.

Project Scope
Replacement of Siemens VVVF Drives
Our team successfully managed the entire project installation scope, which included the safe removal of the old drives, installation of the new VVVF units, and thorough testing and commissioning to ensure optimal performance. These projects were executed within the scheduled timeframes, with a strong emphasis on safety and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
The upgrades have resulted in significant improvements in the speed and control of operations, contributing to reduced energy consumption and extended equipment lifespan, aligning with Fortescue’s commitment to operational excellence and sustainability
These projects were marked by a significant commitment of over 4400 man-hours across two shutdowns each with a span of 13 days, and it is noteworthy that this extensive work was accomplished without any reportable safety incidents.
